York Play Information
The Shuttle's Medieval Literature Page - A comprehensive list of medieval lit resouces on the web, including calls for papers and information on conferences.
Luminarium's Anthology of Middle English Literature - This site provides a well-veted list of links for the more popular medieval authors and texts, including links to on-line texts and critical commentary. It's Additional Resources page provides an excellent list of sites dealing with various aspects of medieval life and literature.
The Internet Medieval Sourcebook - An extensive listing of primary source material available (in transcription) online. This site is organized by subject category. IMS is part of the Online Reference book for Medieval Studies, which includes an encyclopedia, teaching references, and information for the 'non-specialist'.
Netserf - Another excellent gathering of medieval resources by subject category.
Sydney Higgins's Medieval Drama Links - This site saves me the trouble of creating my own list of medieval drama links. Annotated and wide-ranging, it's a good place to start for this topic.
Poculi Ludique Societas - A society for the re-creation of medieval drama.
The Centre for Research in Early English Drama - Information on various REED projects. They also have a very good annotated links page.
York PSim - A York Pageant Simulator program, which allows you to calculate the length of a production, based on the number of stations, plays, etc.
The York Doomsday Project - An ongoing multimedia project on the York plays and their social context.
York Mystery Plays - This site, sponsored by the York Early Music Foundation, gives background on the plays and information about upcoming productions in York.
